Advanced CTOT Training - The objective of this four hour course is to update the construction truck operator and construction management with new regulations or changes in regulations or enforcement with regard to construction hauling. The course will also review existing regulatory information and enforcement information. Each year this course will look in depth at a topic such as "out of service," fatigue, safe operating procedures, CDL licensure, braking systems, etc... Groups inputting into the design of this course include highway heavy construction contractors, The Minnesota Patrol, The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota Highway Safety and Research Center.
