Construction Truck Operator Training (CTOT) Certification
 
 

INTRO TO CTOT - (RULES OF THE ROAD) - The approximately eight hour CTOT course is intended to meet 49 CFR Part 380 Minnesota Training Requirements for CMV Operators, and Entry Level CDL effective July 20, 2004. These objectives are attained using classroom discussion and a truck bay for driver/vehicle inspection procedure.

Who should attend and what’s the cost?
Construction truck drivers, equipment haulers, dispatchers, safety personnel, insurance carriers and management responsible for trucks and drivers. The training class will be offered in each MnDOT District. The cost is$60 per attendee. This fee includes instructor costs, registration fee, class materials, a certificate and lunch. If you have a class at your location and provide the lunch the cost is $50.00 per driver.
